Liked: Staff very accommodating . Had to valet but they were responsive right away for car request.

Disliked: No room service, can?t get food on property for lunch so had to leave. Restaurant for dinner was loud and quality was bad. Rooms are small. AC unit was ringing all night. Will never stay here again

Disliked: Very old - very noisy A/C unit in 202. Recent remodel was mostly paint/tile/carpet. Nothing mechanical.

Liked: Location, robes in the room, bar and restaurant
Disliked: The shower is downright dangerous. The floor is slick and there are no bars to hold on to. Also, no shelf for razors, etc. There could also be a few amenities, such as cotton balls and QTips. An honor bar would be nice, too, or at least have the refrigerator turned on and ice on every floor.

Too bad it was such...
Liked: The location is great across the street from SMU and near Snyder plaza. The pool area and lobby are nicely done
Disliked: We arrived and were told our room didn't have a window and we would have to pay more if we wanted one. The room had a window unit AC that cycled on and off all night and we could not sleep. Apparently only one side of the hotel has central air and we were not in it and were not told about it by front desk. We also did not expect to have to valet our car in that location or park on the street. The bikes were fun but the tires were flat. Generally the front desk was not helpful or polite. Don't stay in the old wing if you want to sleep.

It was pleasant, good value.
Liked: I love the free coffee in the lobby. Also really enjoyed the restaurant.
Disliked: Front doorman didn?t always open door. I let myself into the hotel. I wasn?t able to get a complimentary water upon arrival. The front desk wanted to give me a room without windows. The hotel should specify this when booking. I need windows for light to complete the work that I do.
