Passable

Liked: Overall, room was nice, and location was perfect for a concert at The Forum. Location seemed safe.
Disliked: Hotel is going through renovations, which was not disclosed until the day before arriving. Pool is closed, front door is not accessible, entered through a empty hotel room. Paid normal price for half a hotel. Remote for the TV was missing batteries, had to go to the front to get some. TV was not even plugged in, we had to figure that out and still get maintenance in to look at it. Tons of mosquitos in the room.

Liked: I love how close it is to the Sofi. This will be my second time staying here and they are getting better and bigger! I will always stay here.
Disliked: The pool and gym were under construction. Also that we are only allowed one car per.

Liked: I like that it was close to sofi.
Disliked: The lady that checked me in was rude and mad I had a bunch of questions

Not the worst, not the...

Liked: The location could not be better if you are seeing a concert at SoFi Stadium, Inuit Dome, Youtube Theater, or the Kia Forum. They're all in walking distance! Good places to eat around the hotel as well. The staff was accommodating as much as they could. The bed was very comfortable!
Disliked: It was definitely a bad time to visit to enjoy the hotel itself. Major construction ongoing, the pool was closed until later in the year as well as the fitness room/gym. I don't remember being notified of this until after I had booked. The cleaning wasn't the best with spots on the floor and the shower having hair on the wall and around the toiletries.

Good location if you are...

Liked: The staff was really friendly and helpful. The restaurant on the property was really good and that stuff was really friendly.
Disliked: There was no on-site breakfast. The coffee makers were nice, but there was no water to use them. There was no water in the lobby to use the coffee maker in the lobby while we waited to get checked in. We showed up early and understand that there was no early check-in available, but it would’ve been nice to know what time to come back not that we came back at 4 o’clock and it took 45 minutes to check in because there was a line that wrapped all the way down the hall. Not sure how well the rooms are cleaned. Hopefully they at least change the sheets. We found trash left over from the previous person. Didn’t look like the floors had been swept, and there was something sticky on the middle table. If you’re gonna have bathrooms that are for everyone they should be cleaned more often watched five people wait to use the bathroom in the lobby and when we finally went to use it it was disgusting and ended up just waiting until we got our room. We were not able to adjust the air conditioning in the room. Good thing I brought a portable fan otherwise we would’ve been miserable. Was really hard to get to sleep since the people above us were running around and stomping until two in the morning. Couldn’t call the lobby to let them know because they don’t have any phones in the room. Not all the plugs in the room worked. Unfortunately this location is so close to all of the stadiums that it’s impossible to get an Uber or a taxi during event nights and that would’ve been really nice to know. Instead we had a taxi cancel a run on us and in order to get an Uber, they wanted us to walk a couple of blocks away to meet at a group location, which is kind of ridiculous. That would’ve been nice to know before we booked. The pool was down for renovations and the gym, and we didn’t know that until the day before we arrived. They are definitely understaffed at peak times.
