Liked: They were amazing! Accommodated early and late check in. It was our anniversary and they gave us a card and complimentary chilled champagne. Rooms are beautiful and well kept. Detail goes into everything. Experience was wonderful.

Trendy, comfy stay on the...

Liked: Very stylish and cool hotel on the Lower East Side, with a great vibe; very comfortable bed and although the room was compact, had lots of great storage; the shower was fantastic and really appreciated the friendly staff.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: virtually everything, the service, the staff.

Our stay at the Ludlow...

Liked: Exceptional all around!
Disliked: Figuring out switching between using overhead shower and hand-held shower wand was a bit complicated, but after some experimentation it made sense enough.
