Liked: Good position for restaurants and transport. Light Rail stop outside. Staff were very friendly and helpful as we had a problem which was resolved as best as they could.
Disliked: Air conditioning broke down.

Disliked: The pillows & the noise early in the morning of people showering. It sounded like a constant waterfall in room.

Liked: The accommodation exceeded my expectations and the meal was delicious. The lift was very interesting!! Loved it.
Disliked: Took a little while for the air conditioning to kick in, but once it got going it was adequate.
