Disliked: No pressure in shower, TV out of action and breakfast items was cold in fact the receptionist told the 1 breakfast staff the heating lamp needed to be switched on

A very comfortable and friendly...

Liked: The hotel is located towards the outskirts of Perth, and having booked a room with a hill view, we had a lovely view from the window. There was plenty of tea and coffee available in the room, the swivel chair was a bonus, and the shower nice and warm and clean, although it took a few minutes to heat up. The dining room was interesting, with a tree growing in the middle, which we really liked, and plenty of booths and tables. All the staff were very helpful and friendly, I couldn't praise them enough, and I was even allowed to borrow the book in my room so I could finish it on holiday.
Disliked: The beans at breakfast could have been a bit warmer.
