Liked: The staff were helpful and friendly and its perfect if going on the SWCP. The downstairs decor is lovely and the location is great for walking.
Disliked: The bathrooms were tiny and the bedrooms were very small and a little tatty which was disappointing. The breakfast was nice but very greasy.

Liked: The couple who owned the hotel and greeted us could not have been friendlier they were welcoming and informative. The food was delicious could not fault it and our packed lunch was perfect .The downstairs area had all been renovated and was lovely
Disliked: The bedroom was a small double and it was very tight with bags etc.also the mattress was not the best . Next time I would book the twin bedroom which was great or a standard double

A great location and really...

Liked: The welcome was lovely. The room was well appointed with all facilities needed, including a much needed bath after a day's walking. Breakfast was great and the location perfect for us, walking on the coast path.
Disliked: Room was quite small
