Disappointing and expensive for what...
Liked: Liked the towels and having an electric kettle. Like the avocado toast at breakfast. Great location.
Disliked: When I checked in I was told I?d booked ?a very small room? and was offered an upgrade to ?a king sized room? for $20 per night so I took it. They didn?t tell me I?d have a horrible view of exhaust hoods. Also the room had a king bed but it wasn?t a king size room, just adequate.

Dated, overpriced, few facilities, full...
Liked: Comfortable beds.
Disliked: Computer was glitching so had to wait 20 mins at nearly midnight for our key with two young daughters. When I originally walked up to the desk the staff didn't even look up or say anything for multiple minutes. The next day we were charged over and over hundreds of dollars as their computer continued to glitch. When we returned, they tried to claim we had booked two rooms (we had not and had the original booking to show evidence). It also appears to be the place older teens book on the weekend to party in the city and avoid going home as they were drinking and shouting in the hallways and partying well past midnight the second night we were there. The hotel doesn't have any real facilities (the 'pub' is a dingy windowless room and there is no pool etc.). Stay at the Prince George instead.
