The Lord Nelson Hotel & Suites

It was close to where we were going for the evening so it was nice to stay handy to the area. Love the old vintage style of the hotel as well. Enjoyed our stay.

Liked: The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable and cozy. Walking distance to places to eat, shop, and the show.
Disliked: I just found the front desk not very welcoming when we arrived or checked out. There was no menu or book in the room about the hotel restaurant.

Disliked: pillows are terrible and need to be replaced. They are lumpy - not soft as if they are stuffed with bits and pieces of foam.

Liked: Very beautiful lobby. Loved portrait of Nelson! Nice room with good complimentary coffee.
Disliked: Room had a terrible view. Parking add on was expensive.

Liked: The Hotel Manager was so welcoming, the whole staff in the hotel took time out of their day to talk, it was so personable.
Disliked: Absolutely nothing, they can't change the Winter weather lol.
