Liked: The room was very comfortable and well equipped We had a drink in the bar prior to Dinner and Lila was so lovely , we had a-bit of trouble trying initially to get a taxi and she offered to take us to Mudeford in her own car .. wow
Disliked: Nothing

Fine. But expensive for what...

Liked: Location was very convenient for the location of the event I was attending. Bath! (I’ve been away from home for 3 months and have only had showers!)
Disliked: Asking for a breakfast time slot at check in.

Liked: Accommodation.....Selfridge suite was great.
Disliked: Several alarms went off during our stay. Didn't impact sleep but does tie to trip advisor reviews.Restaurant was a disappointment. Great service at dinner, but food and availability did not live up to expectations. No ice machine in a heatwave. Breakfast extremely disappointing, no menus, no milk jugs or individual teapots, had to ask for everything, no proactive service.
