Great, good quality, comfortable accommodation...

Liked: Having a balcony was great! Very convenient location, clean high quality hotel.
Disliked: Cereal, fruit and yoghurt could be put out for breakfast to have as well as the cooked breakfast, rather than having to choose just one option from the menu.

Disliked: Access into building.

Disliked: Room door in bathroom damaged, poor quality in disrepair across whole room, no ventilation and tiny bathroom. Couldn't use toilet roll holder as fixed against radiator.

Very nice, I would use...

Liked: The breakfast was very good, and the location was as central as you can get. Staff were all friendly and helpful.
Disliked: I suffer with slight autism and I was caught out by the key not fitting the lock near the key card slot ( I didn't even notice the additional brass lock which the key fits), might be worth telling guests to use the brass one or cover the other one.
