Disliked: The page on Booking seems to indicate that parking is included - see photo - but there is a separate fee that I felt was not properly disclosed at time of booking. Even more confusing and time wasting were the signs which seem to indicate that there is parking for hotel guests but this is misleading since the same cost applies if parking app is used. Why not openly disclose the fee and save guests this annoyance. Stay elsewhere!!

Liked: Location was great, pet friendly room was in separate hallway to outdoor which was nice.
Disliked: You have to pay daily for parking. So we parked on the street. Didn't get any tickets but it was a long weekend so may have gotten lucky.

Beware of excessive noise if...

Disliked: Dance studio on the floor below our room was rented out to an extremely noisy band that practiced from 9 pm until midnight. Hotel management wouldn’t move us, or do any accommodations to make up for the lack of sleep we got.

Liked: Clean comfortable rooms with views of the water and shoreline. Really convenient for parking, restaurants and places to walk along the water.

Excellent location, excellent breakfast!

Liked: This hotel is in such an excellent walkable location right down on the water. There was a festival there while we stayed, which added to the fun. There are so many great cafés nearby with excellent coffee. I recommend 49th parallel. The restaurant at the hotel is so good and the service was excellent. Having the breakfast included is a huge plus and one of the reasons we stay there. The neighbourhood is super safe.
