Liked: The location.Enjoyed and appreciated the welcome drink and canapes.The proximity to the Tube and theatre was a plus.The staff were very pleasant and helpful.A warm lavatory seat and sleeping in a bed with beautiful linen, and fabulous pillows was like a trip to heaven ! Well my idea of Heaven
Disliked: I would have liked to turn the television on, pressed a button, and been able to watch the news.As with all the other hotels I've stayed in it's too complicated.Maybe you can put a simple instruction beside the Remote

Cool place in the thick...

Liked: Great location for theatres and shops. Roof terrace had a good view.
Disliked: The continental buffet breakfast in the restaurant was expensive, so we reverted to room service the next day and got much more variety for less.

I had a wonderful stay...

Liked: The decor, location and service was excellent
Disliked: The toilets were great but also made a noise through the night which woke me up a couple times.

Beautiful getaway location

Liked: The staff were knowledgeable and extremely hospitable. The location was central to everything we were doing for the weekend. Gorgeous beds and pillows.
Disliked: I wish the housekeeping staff were a bit more attentive to the do not disturb signal… we were woken up twice during our stay when we had it on. When recovering from jet lag during a much needed nap, it was disappointing to have to answer the doorbell.
