Exceptional

Liked: Staff was so friendly and welcoming. I felt like I was at home.

Peaceful and amazing stay

Liked: Hotel was clean, very helpful staff and location was central. Will definitely stay at the London again.

Superb

Liked: Rooms were luxurious and spacious and the rooftop pool is lovely with great views. Location is ideal for walking around sunset strip and west Hollywood. Concierge had some fun recommendations for places to visit.
Disliked: Service was a bit slow and not that friendly. We were celebrating a special occasion and weren't made to feel extra special. Asking for a tip for an inclusive breakfast buffet seemed very unnecessary. There wasn't much ambiance in the hotel restaurant for dinner. There is no parking around the hotel and hotel parking is $75 per night.

Liked: Very helpfull and nice staff with everything that was needed.Always weeling to help and with a smile.Big rooms.A good wine expected us in the room as we celebrated 25 anniversary. Appriciated.
Disliked: Expected more from a 5 star hotel in Beverlly Hills/West Holywood.The first room we got suffered from a terrible noise (something like a noise of a generator. Maybe from the aircondition, although it was off). Couldn't sleep up to a point that we called the front desk at 2am and asked to move to another room (must say we got a proper response and cooporation). We had to move to another room (in a much lower floor) and didn't got much of a sleep due to it during this night.The minimum I expected that someone will talk to us in the morning, to ask if everything is ok, maybe even a small compensation. But nothing.In addition the last day after coming back from a full day out we found out they forgot to clean our room or replace the towels (can happen, but still...).Last, the breakfast. Very minimal and you need to pay extra for anything additional (even basic things like capuchino/Latte or an omlet. This is the basic and part of breakfast in every hotel I have been to..)

Highlight is pool on rooftop...
