Bed and pillows were nice....

Disliked: The staff was completely inhospitable. At check-in, I was simply asked for my ID and credit card, nothing else. I was not informed about the $300 hold, not told there was a parking fee, and not given any information about breakfast. They didn’t even mention where the elevators, gym, or pool were located. No basic orientation, no effort to be welcoming, and not even eye contact. The lack of communication was unacceptable. This is not how you greet a guest, especially someone staying for the first time. A hotel should know better....I can't rate the facilities because I had no idea were they were located.

Worst Hotal Stay EVER
Liked: The location/view from the room
Disliked: The hotel was out dated and over priced. We paid $545 to stay at this location for our honeymoon before traveling, whuch was not worth it. There was no continental breakfast as stated when we booked the room through booking.com. We were charged an extra $72 to park for one night. More like forced to pay as there was no other place to park based on the location of the facility. You either pay or get your car towed. Housekeeping could have done a better job cleaning the room, especially for what we were charged. I would recommend this location to other ONLY IF the priced was reduced to a 1/3:of the cost and parking was nincluded. Other that that I recommend you stay somewhere else, especially if you are willing to pay over $500 for a room and nearly $100/night for parking.

Really great hotel in one...
Liked: LocationProperty in general- great communal spaces and bedroomPrevious Four Seasons
Disliked: Expensive and chaotic Valet parking We chose to park in a garage ax the street which was one minutes walk for less than a third of the price (with unlimited in and out privileges)I was overcharged on checking in (on top of the hefty deposit!) though management did sort this out for me
