Liked: Comfortable clean well equipped. Need a new coffee. Had to put cup on top water spout for coffee to flow. Very nice other than that
Disliked: Little quieter but not bad with construction trucks up and down. Concierge was super, did his job required but didn’t need the time share push. That’s why I’m on vacation!!

Branson Get Away

Liked: Great quiet location, bed and furniture was comfortable, full size washer/ dryer, great view of the lake from balcony, friendly staff. Close to Silver Dollar City.
Disliked: On arrival, we were told that with our reservation of 3- we needed to take our own bedding to the room for the couch bed if we planned to use it for our granddaughter. We also needed to take our trash several streets away to a dumpster on departure. We were hard pressed to do a sales presentation on arrival and during our stay. The carpet in the room was worn out and very dirty. We had one set of towels and wash cloths each in the room. Facilities were very run down, hot tub broke and the indoor pool was unkept- very uncomfortable chairs lined up along the wall- 1 or 2 loungers on one end- no tables. No elevator.

We won’t stay here again.

Disliked: The lodge was in very poor condition. The bedroom door would not shut, the bathroom door hung up on the floor and had to be forced to close, the walls and floors are very thin so you can hear every conversation and step in neighboring rooms, I also am very unhappy about being pushed to get us to go to a property so they could sell me a timeshare. We declined and she would not give up. My husband finally had to be almost rude to get it across to her. After we checked in, I received a call asking me to come in and pick up a parking pass. I’d already given them my license number but went to the front desk as requested. It was a complete ruse. They actually wanted me to meet with my “personal concierge”. Then the hard sale began. It wasn’t enough I told her I would talk with my husband but that we don’t do timeshares. She called later and I told he again. She said, “girl, this is a great deal.” I finally handed the phone to my husband. After making several attempts to tell her nicely, he almost had to hang up on her. We will not return to this property or to any property managed by Capital.
