Liked: Breakfast and staff
Disliked: Rooms a bit dark and pokey. Nothing special compared RD to the hotel reception and bar area

Staff were amazing.

Liked: Great pillows and duvet.
Disliked: Amazing overhead shower but as a female I would have appreciated a shower capAs unable to shower without getting your entire head wet .Menu a little restrictive andceoukd have enjoyed some healthy options.

Liked: The overall cleanliness of the establishment, far exceeded my expectations! The staff were very courteous upon my arrival and helped the check in process fly by!

Passable

Liked: Big clean and comfortable rooms. Cheerful staff, nicely cooked breakfast. Reasonably priced but very limited dinner menu.
Disliked: Woken up at 4.00a.m. by what sounded like an alarm. It was the radiator. The night porter had a look and sorted it out and I went to sleep until 4.30a.m. when it happened again. I sorted it out myself but didn't go back to sleep.

Excellent value but definitely at...

Liked: Breakfasts were basic but good bed was big but pillows not so good.
Disliked: Room was very small with little storage and furniture.
