A very enjoyable and relaxing...

Liked: The location was good as it was peaceful and we could walk or catch a bus into the town. The breakfast we had was excellent and varied. Plenty of choice and to eat. Staff were very professional and helpful.
Disliked: Just suggest a mirror in the bedroom area.

The level of customer service...

Disliked: The receptionist was extremely rude on check in she was on the phone didn’t really acknowledge. Us but to ask for our name gave us our room key then carried on chatting on the phone

Liked: Super comfortable bed. The rooms are very small but have everything that you need cleverly packed in.

Liked: Lovely staff, massive bed, nice clean room, I woke up sideways lol, nice breakfast, too much for me so next time I’ll go for the continental x
Disliked: Think you should have some hot chocolate sachets and biscuits on the hospitality tray
