Great Stay at The Lodge

Liked: Rooms and facilities were good, bed comfortable. Hotel bar very good, modern and comfortable. Staff are really nice and helpful.
Disliked: Evening meal / menu was probably slightly below parr and a bit of a let down.. Adequate. My bit of green salad was really not worth £15, the add chicken I had at I think £8 extra made it worthwhile, but £24 for a chicken salad. Friends Schnizel was over cooked and tough. Wish I'd had one of the burgers now, they looked amazing.

Sorry but we would not...

Liked: The room was nice with a lovely Bathroom.
Disliked: The room was cold from a draft from the window, Also the room was noisy from the traffic it was quite a busy road andpeople banging doors from coming and going to there rooms. Also did not realise there was no breakfast included I thought for the price we paid breakfast was included.

Disliked: There were quite a few dogs in the restaurant which came as a surprise.

Thank goodness for The Lodge!

Liked: Beautifully presented from the exterior areas through to the dining and bar area. The Lodge has a warm welcoming atmosphere in style and decor but most especially from the staff. My room was very comfortable and first rate.
Disliked: The decor, the layout, and the ambiance.

Great location and spacious, private...

Liked: Good location, lovely space in the Attic Room.Bar/restaurant area looked nice but didn’t use this time.Nice sea view
Disliked: Staff were chatty but nothing about ‘have a good stay’ or ‘how was your stay’ on departure.Expensive breakfast so didn’t opt for that.

The best hotel in Hunstanton...

Liked: The Lodge was absolutely lovely, so so pleased we picked to stay at the Lodge. Our room was absolutely beautiful, we had a room called the Snug which was in the courtyard, it was just dreamy. Well worth £140 for a nights stay, we had a great time. Free parking, lovely bathroom, huge bed, spacious wardrobe, little tables and chairs outside our room in the courtyard. Lovely mirrors, tea and coffee making facilities were great. Location is fab, around 5 mins walk to the old Hunstanton beach, and a 30 minute walk to New Hunstanton beach, shops and cafes. I could not fault the Lodge, me and my partner had an amazing time.
Disliked: Nothing that we didn’t like :)

Great place, from the moment...

Liked: The room was great, staff were friendly, 5 min walk from the beach, food was excellent at dinner and breakfast.
Disliked: Everything was good
