Great place to stay.

Liked: Room and bed are very comfortable. Easy to get to. Street parking often available but the hotel also offers parking. Breakfast is excellent - many options.
Disliked: We have stayed here many times but the weekend prices are very high compared to the weekday prices. I have to look for special deals because their saturday night price is too expensive for us.

Liked: Clean and cozy room, tasty and diverse breakfast, walking distance to cruise terminal and Brooklyn promenade. Coffeemaker at the room and interesting decorations at the dining room.
Disliked: It was pretty noisy at night ( police cars sirens and neighborhood) , heater was noisy and dried the air in the room. Neighborhood doesn't look safety at the dark time of the day. Deposit was refunded just on the second request ( within 7 working days). A bit overpriced for level of the services provided.

Nice location, basic hotel amenities...

Liked: I liked the room, it was spacious enough for two people. Also, the bed was super cool to sleep on, the mattress was medium firm rather than soft, which I prefer. Breakfast was fine.
Disliked: Noise! They need to do something about it. It's not the location but the "hotel" noise. The acoustic insulation is non-existing. I can tolerate thin walls but missing an acoustic door sweep is a lack of empathy and general care.

Liked: value for money. very nice room, basicly equipped. the room was cleaned perfectly every day, the distances were great for some, not for others, I really liked walking around Brooklyn on my way to New York. delicious breakfast, very nice service, I recommend it one hundred percent.
Disliked: All good

Liked: The facility was clean and in a good location. The breakfast items were especially well stocked and I looked forward to them every morning. There are trendy cafes and restaurants nearby where you can enjoy lobster for dinner. The nearby harbor and ferry service to Manhattan made it convenient for sightseeing.
