Liked: Great location, walking distance to the shops,bars, restaurants, the zip line, and train. Beautiful views all the way around. My favorite hotel in Williams Az.

Liked: close to downtown
Disliked: although good breakfast, quite crowded. the luxury advertisement did not feel like luxury- a bit dank, small.

Great value for money, comfortable...

Liked: It was super convenient being so close to the main st, it was great value for money for a one night stay.
Disliked: The bed wasn’t the most comfortable bed, it felt like one person had slept in the middle for a long time.

Location good, beds not good

Liked: Good location from Grand Canyon driving on to Las Vegas. Pleasant decor.
Disliked: Bed was soft and sagging. Poor night sleep. Also , when wanting some fresh air in the middle of the night all windows were locked. Yes it is probably for security and yes the AC worked but we wanted a quieter choice and fresh air. Felt trapped in.
