Liked: Great location on the loch , nice and quiet to chill out. The bar and restaurant areas were very good and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable

Nice friendly hotel

Liked: The room was lovely, it was clean & loved the lay out. Added bonus of a Nespresso machine.
Disliked: The room was very warm, luckily there was a ceiling fan which helped. Otherwise it would have been unbearable. Also the Nespresso machine was very hit & miss!!

Liked: Location is fantastic and staff were polite and helpful
Disliked: Signage and road markings could be improved, on arrival at the hotel I drove towards the reception area only to find a sign saying you could not enter, therefore I had to wait on another car behind me moving from a parking space to allow me to reverse back in to the space to allow free flow of traffic.

Liked: We had an excellent stay at the hotel. The staff are excellent and dedicated to us customers having a fab stay. Dog was made to feel very welcome as well. I am coeliac and pregnant and was taken very good care of. Own private beach was such a treat and the views of course are stunning. Thank you to the Head of Restaurant service, the Head Chef, Food and Beverage manager and all the staff who took such good care of us. We will be back!
Disliked: We only had time for a one night stay!
