Very good

Pretty view, but definitely outdated.

Liked: I love that it’s on the lake. We did have a beautiful view.
Disliked: Every other pool was open at the lake except the main pool at this location a week before Memorial Day was sad. We had to go to other locations to have a pool with a bar. For a four-star hotel, there was not room service. Either definitely thought there would be more with it being a four seasons just was not very impressed.

It was just ok.

Liked: The front desk staff was pleasant, Beds were comfy.
Disliked: we went to the pool bar and sat there for 20 minutes to be ignored, there were 6 ppl there total so not busy, went to another resort in town that was much busier and got better service. the shower couldn’t hold a temp. It would bounce from freezing to scolding so that was difficult to get a good shower. Needs updating.

Liked: The resort has charm and character. Ot wasn't over crowded and it gives old fashioned classy vibes. The beds and room we nice and comfortable. Yes they're out dated, but you know what to expect with a 50-60 year old resort...at the lake.
Disliked: Only half the amenities were open. Since it's not thr most popular spot to stay anymore, it's a guess what will be open and available. It probably thrived 30-40 years ago, but don't expect to "party" too much. For what is open, everything closes at 10 except the pools (if open)...with that said, it's a good place to relax and unwind.

Liked: Wonderful pool . Hot tub water was very hot loved that . Staff was friendly. Hardly any people there though
Disliked: This place can really use some love !!! It’s been neglected far too long !!! Rooms need a lift and better pillows. The whole lodge is in desperate need of remodel. Pictures our no where near what it actually looks like. It’s definitely run down. With a remodel I’m sure it will be booked and packed again . So much potential with this place.

Liked: The staff at the Fire/Ice Bar was fantastic. Lenny is a treasure! Everyone else was very nice.
Disliked: Our room was an adjoining room with a very loud family. We did not request an adjoining room. It might be helpful to have water/soda available to purchase at the front desk after the gift shop and lobby snack bar are closed in the eveing.
