Liked: The shower was great and room not bad
Disliked: There were renovations going on and it was very cold in all corridors.

Great stay

Liked: Very nice and clean room, quiet and pleasant in spite of ongoing work being done on the hotel. The bed was comfortable and the bedding was high quality. It's located in a quiet neighbourhood and close to the metro station.
Disliked: I was hoping that the room window would have been a little larger, but that was not a real problem and it didn't really affect my stay. Didn't really like the bathrobes as the fabric was synthetic on the outside, but again this was just an extra anyway so not a problem just constructive feedback hopefully.

Liked: This place just did the basics really well. Clean, comfy king bed, block out curtains, warm but could open windows if needed, great TV, chairs to sit on, little fridge and a marvellous shower. So good we have booked again.
Disliked: Nothing

Despite the constructive criticism above,...

Liked: Have stayed several times. The location is great and the staff always very welcoming, helpful and pleasant.
Disliked: The hotel is undergoing extension and refurbishment. Parts of the 'old' building are showing their age - cracked tiles, missing grout, broken bathroom fittings etc. Most guests might not notice but we stay at least once a year and can't wait for the upgrades to be completed.

Disliked: Stairs and no lift which for two older ladies was a struggle but staff did help with luggage thankfully In our particular room there was no where to use the hairdryer that was close to a mirror
