Perfect place to stay in...

Liked: Ideal place to stop for my trip to Grain. Host was friendly and helpful. Very good price, certainly value for money.

A decent budget stay

Liked: Everything was spotless, the guy that runs the place was very friendly and helpful, there were good facilities for a budget room including kettle, biscuits and drinks, towels, TV, extension lead, arm chair, wardrobe, drawers and nice thick carpet.
Disliked: There's not a lot to dislike at this price if you don't mind staying in a place that's cheap and cheerful and a bit clapped out around the edges. It looks like no serious money has been spent on it in 30 years but on the other hand it is CLEAN and relatively QUIET.
