Liked: David (the owner) was very accommodating. I had to print some medical consent paperwork for my daughter who was in ACT, and he acted on it without hesitation. The cleaner tidies up our room and replaces all our towels on a daily basis. In the middle of our stay, I requested for a sheet change, and that was done. Two thumbs up, I definitely recommend.
Disliked: I’m pretty happy with the room’s set up. David has mentioned to me about some improvements, not in detail, are in progress. So if I may suggest, probably some cupboards can be added on the pantry wall to make space for the utensils and microwave oven. This way, a kitchen sink can be added.

Good location but overall disappointing...

Liked: Location was good. Receptionist was kind. Parking and kitchenette was convenient.
Disliked: Check-in process was unclear - the reception was not onsite. Keys weren't readily available - we had to go back to reception to request them. Rooms had no towels - we had to go back to reception again (in person) as the phones in the rooms didn't work. WiFi also wasn't working and beds were extremely hard.
