Good location but overall disappointing...

Liked: Location was good. Receptionist was kind. Parking and kitchenette was convenient.
Disliked: Check-in process was unclear - the reception was not onsite. Keys weren't readily available - we had to go back to reception to request them. Rooms had no towels - we had to go back to reception again (in person) as the phones in the rooms didn't work. WiFi also wasn't working and beds were extremely hard.

Ok but wouldn’t stay in...

Liked: Location and very quiet.
Disliked: Room 5.mould in bathroom. Exhaust fan dirty.cobwebs hanging from ceiling.fridge rusty on outside on the door.wood rotting on the floor by microwave. Door handle surround by microwave sticky stuff around it.toilet hissing all night.rusty shower rack hanger.

Other than these short comings...

Liked: The location and the space in the unit although the bathroom needs an update.
Disliked: Old tiling in the bathroom needs to be changed and the spa under the shower needs to be removed.A coffee table and an extra chair in is needed in a 2 person room.The property is difficult to find as the reception is 50 metres up the road and signage is poor in a very busy and narrow street.
