Won’t stay again

Liked: Spacious room
Disliked: Definitely did not feel welcomed when arriving. AC unit was so loud and needed to be turned off. Patio doors in very poor shape. Could hear lots of noises.

Liked: Everything was just excellent, the rooms were big and airy, very clean with large bathroom The bed was comfortable The staff were excellent, friendly and efficient Facilities first class, 2 excellent golf courses, 2 large and very clean swimming pools I could go on, Ventana Canyon Lodge is just superb

Pleasant stay with a good...

Liked: Welcoming staff on arrival, politeness, the view and swimming pool facility. The room layout was good but dated. Bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: The furniture and decor could do with being improved/refreshed. Sliding doors glass trim missing/in need of repair. Too much light comes through top windows above sliding doors, thus waking you up at dawn.
