Liked: We had a mixed experience. We booked 2 rooms. One room was very nice. I would have rated our experience much higher if we only booked that one room. The staff was pleasant.
Disliked: We asked to come an hour before 3. We got no response. When we came at 3, we had to wait until after 4:00 pm to get into the second room. The second room was disappointing, especially for the high price. The room was small and had the view of a tar roof. It was located very far from the other room we booked.
