Liked: The staff was friendly.
Disliked: The bed sunk down in the middle. When we were leaving, we noticed that they propped the middle of the bed up with couch cushions where a broken board was. They knew it was broke. The TV had no signal, and they never fixed it.

Liked: I really liked the firm beds. The rooms looked like the inside of a cabin. The restaurant downstairs was good.
Disliked: Location was horrible. There was street construction right in front of the Lodge, so we had to park a couple blocks away, there wasn't an elevator, both of which was hard for my handicapped mother. The Wi-Fi didn't work. The staff was rude. My room smelled musty. The view was of the emergency stairwell and no balcony. The doors did not have a working secondary lock. Had to request turn down service which is crazy since they only have 24 rooms to begin with. We had two rooms instead of a room with two beds.
