Liked: The great desk staff,location.
Disliked: Mildew/mold on old wood ceiling. Musty smelling. All common area outside our room ( long halls, coffee area, stairs, and entrance area) clearly not vacuumed in a VERY long time.

Disliked: Not handicapped accessible—we could not stay—had to get a different hotel. Management ignored our inability to use stairs. No compensation was offered. Totally uncaring.

Liked: Fantastic Location. Has the Old West Feel. Mountain Decor.
Disliked: No Elevators. No Air Conditioning. You have to climb 2 sets of stairs to get to your room. Hard for Older People to get their luggage to the room.. No ice machines. Rooms are too small for anything but a couple. Parking was a challenge.
