Liked: Room decor was nice. Loved the antique table.It was quiet and room was clean

Liked: The room was clean and the lady at the desk was very nice.
Disliked: Online, it shows outdoor springs, and large indoor pools. There are no outdoor springs on this property, they now belong to the adjacent business. The indoor pools are very small, and gross. Super dirty, stagnant water.

Vintage feel with modern amenities...

Liked: Very friendly staff and hot springs. They have a nice restaurant next door and a bar as well. Rooms were cozy and had pine t&g walls and ceilings. Very vintage and homey feel.

Bad

Disliked: I booked on Booking.com and was shown pictures of the lodge. When I got there I was told that we would be staying on the other side of the property. I paid $170 for a room with maybe 18 inches on either side of the bed. The floor had visible crumbs on it, the walls had stuff dripping on them, everything was covered in a layer of dust. The fridge and microwave were both uncleaned and I counted FIVE mouse traps in the room. Thankfully unlike the other reviewers on their page, we didn’t see any bedbugs.

Liked: Loved the scenery and overall experience.The Bar & Grill next door had great food also.The soaking pools felt amazing.
Disliked: The service. Took the lady 30 minutes to come and check us in after ringing the counter ring.Then another 20 minutes to go make sure our room was clean and ready. Other then customer service, we had a great time.

Bare bones

Liked: I loved being off the grid, no internet, no cell phone, no outside world. The night sky was a blessing, so amazing. Staff was very friendly and helpful for an after hours entry. Good warnings about bears (saw them)
Disliked: The room was more basic than Bankman-Fried's girlfriend. Super yikes. Dorm style building reminiscent of a school portable converted into six bedrooms. Definitely a bare bones, DIY situation, no frills situation. Odd odor to room that was not placeable. Old carpet and comforter. There were a few other folks staying and they could be heard clearly as if we were in the same room. The bed was questionable in terms of cleanliness. Appeared to be dust or dirt on comforter reminiscent of not being used/cleaned in a while. The coux-de-grace was the biologically correct placement of a semen stain on the bed sheets. We end up resetting bed and sleeping on top in our cloths with our a sleeping bag between us. My wife couldn't bring herself to shower due to room situation. Scary.
