Nice property. Front desk manager...

Disliked: The Front Desk Manager did not exhibit good customer service. When we were told we would have to pay an additional $10 to park in their lot, we told her that this was not revealed to us when we booked the room. We were working with her front desk clerk at the time, but when the Front Desk Manager overheard us talking about the additional fee, she rushed over and spoke over her worker in a loud and argumentative voice. She said, "well you will have to park in the street. I cannot waive this." Her tone of voice was rude. Although we loved the property, her attitude so colored our experience, we will not come back. The $10 is inconsequential. The customer service from the Front Desk Manager was inexcusable.

Beautiful property

Liked: Beautiful property and well maintained. Appreciated the wine bar with food available for dinner.
Disliked: No complimentary coffee or tea in the lobby. Spendy property that seemed to nickel and dime us to death. Parking, coffee/tea, all extra.

Very nice stay with plenty...

Liked: I liked the hot tub and the pool, plus the sauna and steam room was a nice bonus (though I did not use either of those). The rooms were very spacious, nice bathroom, plus a great balcony view of the entire courtyard.
Disliked: The pillows were horrible. I prefer firm pillows, but these were way too soft and airy -- my head sunk straight through the pillows making them worthless. My neck/shoulders were stiff. Plus, the bathroom light never turned off -- no switch or anything.

Liked: The young man who checked us in was great, I think his name was Daniel. friendly, engaging and funny!
Disliked: The hand held shower was a bit crusty but rest of the room was very nice.

Liked: The rooms were clean and bed comfortable, large shower and back porch leading to main patio was nice on bottom floor. Nice friendly staff. large TV
Disliked: The pool area could be better, gate didn't work correctly and the pool area roof could be cleaned, pool itself was just ok.

Disappointed by lack of privacy...

Liked: The location was convenient, and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: There was only a wooden shutter separating the bathroom from the bedroom so no privacy! Also there was a light that remained on all night, with no ability to turn it off.
