Ok

Liked: We never bought breakfast. I travel a lot for my work, and Never, have i had to buy breakfast in a $350 night room.
Disliked: Also for the price, thermometers was average at best.

Waste of money

Liked: The staff were nice
Disliked: It’s very outdated, dirty, the beds are super hard, the carpet is old and dirty. The bathroom hooks were torn off the walls, they wee moldy and it smelled so disgusting in the room.

Disliked: We stayed in the lodge and it is very dated. Our room had ripped or stained furniture and carpet. Very disappointing.

Exceptional

Liked: Relaxing. Beautiful plenty of things to do. Everyone friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Wish I would have known if I could go to the different pools. One next to my room was always soooo crowded.

Liked: Area was beautiful and sports centers were great. Some of the staff were excellent.
Disliked: Room was dirty. You could tell they barely cleaned. Shower dirty,. Floors not vacuumed. We reserved for 3 people and only enough bedding for two. Descriptions on websites and in brochures not accurate. Restaurant hours not correct. No board games available. Some staff very unfriendly and not courteous. The building is pretty outdated, needs upgraded.
