Hotel Description
Located adjacent to Duke University campus, this Durham hotel features an on-site restaurant and spacious rooms with free WiFi. Duke Medical Center and VA Medical Center are within 7 minutes' walk or less. We are located just steps from Duke University Hospital, The Duke Eye Center, The Duke Cancer Center and many other Duke Medical facilities. Our shuttle transports our guests to all of these locations, operating Monday through Friday from 7am - 7pm. Breakfast is served each morning (for a fee) and the hotel offers a bar with a light menu in the evenings at this boutique The Lodge at Duke Medical Center restaurant. American cuisine and a variety of beverages are offered. Free access to the fitness center and business center is provided to all guests of the The Lodge at Duke Medical Center. Shuttle service to nearby attractions is also free. The hotel also offers 492 square feet of meeting space for small events. Free parking is also provided for all guests. A cable TV, coffee machine, and refrigerator as well as a microwave are standard in every simply furnished room. Very pleased with the hotel,...

Liked: The hotel is in a perfect location to the hospital which saved on parking fees. The hotel room had everything you needed without asking for an additional appliance. The room was very clean and update to date; bedding was comfortable, and the staff was very informative. Very pleased with my stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone.
Disliked: The parking lot was a little tight getting in and out for myself, but manageable.
