Liked: The 2 ladies at the front desk and the young lady who prepared breakfast made my husband and I feel welcomed. Very pleasant attitudes. I call them my 3 Angels. I stayed there for my medical appointment at Duke Hospital.

Liked: The staff was not at all welcoming and we are there for serious medical issues.
Disliked: Staff not welcoming Or pleasant they were pretty much involved in their own conversations and ignored the guests
