Think twice before booking this...

Disliked: Housekeeping didn't make sure the door to our room was closed. Went to front guest to tell them about the situation and was told that people around their are very trustworthy. We had a room with a view of a brick wall for 4 days. Said something about the view and was told that they were booked full. I feel since we booking our room on Booking.com that our view didn't matter I should just deal with it. Lots of other people had a view we're only at the hotel for one night. So why did we get a brick wall. Didn't know I had to book directly with them to be treated like a human being.
