Liked: Beautiful and quiet. The room and bathroom and all amenities were wonderful. Very comfy bed.

Liked: Great customer service, loved the location, clean towels and clean bathroom. The ice cream was delicious, the front desk mentioned it's homemade.
Disliked: The pillows were old, and the mattress wasn't comfortable at all. The bedsheets looked clean but somehow felt a bit dirty at the same time

Lovely view and accommodating staff.

Liked: Location and view on the River. The staff were very hey when we told them about the very smoky room and provided us with a new room.
Disliked: The room we were first assigned smelled terribly of smoke. The maid service should have alerted the front desk so something could have been done about it.

Liked: Loved the spacious room and balcony as well as access to river side walking path and restaurants. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good.
Disliked: Lack of privacy on balcony. No dividers between rooms at balconies so anyone’s business was everyone’s business.
