Beautiful historic hotel

Liked: Such a beautiful property lots of history and charm. Make sure you make a reservation to eat at Rebecca’s! They have wonderful food and great atmosphere. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip through cloudcroft. Great that it’s dog friendly too!

Liked: The hotel is nice
Disliked: The staff is not trained the front desk was not friendly, no service at the bar, we went for just drinks to the bar, nobody took the order, we just were ignored, the dinner for new years eve was terrible, we had to wait on line 45 mn,it took 30 mn to checking and one hr to check out.We were 3 families, requested one of the rooms with 2 beds in advance, didn't happened.

The lodge was very cozy...

Liked: It felt like home. The bar restaurant was great.
Disliked: The carpet needed vacuuming.
