Disliked: There is no on-site office to check in. No signs as to where you check in. I'd read a comment online about having to go to the big hotel across the highway to register. Which I did. And over $---/night for just a basic hotel room? I feel ripped off.

terrible beds and keys. Understaffed...
Liked: location to ski resort was good
Disliked: staff treat you like second class citizens for staying at lodge no hotel. room keys don’t work. every time we were locked out we had to wait a full hour before someone could “get to us.” The place, including hotel, is woefully unstaffed, so service is terrible. food was awful and, worst of all the place was swarming with dozens and dozens of kids running everywhere and screaming their lungs ou! we used to love this place—for a decade we came ((2010-2020) and then after Covid everything changed. save your money.
