Exceptional

Liked: It was really good.Breakfast was great.People at the lobby were great.I felt at home.
Disliked: They haven't released the hold on my credit card (around $490 USD) and it's been almost a month. I have called but they never answered, and I can't even dispute it with my bank cause it's been shows since march 27.

Liked: The hotel was absolutely beautiful and had all the amenities that you would need. Staff was friendly and helpful. I definitely suggest this place. A+!!!

Disliked: Management needs to improve maintenance. Lots of little things - indoor hot tub not working (outdoor ones were OK) sticky doors, broken cooktop solved by putting a standalone cooktop on top of the built in broken one! These things add up and it hurts the overall experience.

Disliked: elevator broke. lots of stairs with luggage and supplies Your details misleading on how close to the slopes. Understaffed Had to ask for food for breakfast. 2 mornings.

Liked: Very friendly staff, comfortable and homey environment. Close to ski area and the shuttle buses were a great perk.
Disliked: No storage space in the room for clothes, only an open hanging rod. Elevator did not work the last day, so had to lug the bags down.
