Fun and cool place to...

Liked: The location, the rooftop pool, the restaurant, the general atmosphere
Disliked: The rooms on the front of the property are noisy at night, asked to switch rooms to a quieter room which was a lot better

Excellent staying in Miami Beach

Liked: -Very big and clean room-Very comfortable king size bed-Amazing staff-Great location (walking distance from the beach, restaurants, stores)-Good wifi connection-Partial view of the sea-Very quiet room-Swimming pool in the terrace-Cozy room, nice decoration-Although the reception isn't open 24h, they were very flexible with my late check-in after 10 pm and early check-out at 5 am
Disliked: -Shower can be a little trick to find the right temperature-Valet service works really well, but sometimes it's a bit annoying to have to call for the car every time and then wait- It would be very convenient for me to eat at the restaurant downstairs, if they had any vegan options on the menu

Exceptional

Liked: The room was spacious, clean, and had two balconies. The rooftop pool and deck was beautiful. The staff were all very friendly. The food and drinks in the restaurant were very good
Disliked: The parking was a little confusing. Be sure to use their valet parking. We weren't told about it and parked in a very expensive lot nearby. The owner felt bad that we weren't told about it and gave us breakfast vouchers which was very nice of her.

Perfect in every way

Liked: This is the second time we have stayed at this wonderful boutique hotel. Gorgeous decor and ideally situated from the noise further down Ocean Drive. The beach was across the road where The Local House have a deal with the beach chair rentals where you can have 2 beds and parasol free! That is a great saving. There is a rooftop pool which although shallow is fab, so relaxing, loved it. If you have young children, it is very safe All staff were so friendly, we had many conversations with bar staff which helped make our holiday experience even more enjoyable.
Disliked: There was nothing we didn’t like

Liked: Beautiful boutique hotel in a perfect location. Slightly away from South Beach main strip, 2 min from the beach and 1 min to from the Miami beach experience
Disliked: Complimentary yoga did not coincide with our busy schedule

Exceptional

Liked: Fantastic service from all staff. Location right across from the beach with access to beach chairs and umbrella. South of 5th great location away from the noise and crowds. The food at the restaurant was excellent. Comfortable rooms.
Disliked: Stay was excellent.

We love this place, and...

Liked: This is our home away from home when we visit our daughter in SF. Lovely atmosphere, garden is an unexpected delight, and Owen makes the best breakfast!
Disliked: No lodging in SF is inexpensive- given the location, the price here is not excessive.

Amazing stay, we will come...

Liked: This is an amazing hotel. It is very comfortable and nicely decorated. The rooftop is amazing, and we had it for ourselves most of the time. Loved that we had complimentary beds and umbrellas at the beach. The staff was also super nice. We loved our stay!
Disliked: The deposit of 100 USD per night and per room seemed a bit unreasonable, especially for families (we had two rooms). They should consider charging per stay, and not per number of nights.
