Liked: I loved the location, it’s close to so many places I need (I.e. shopping, Curleys)
Disliked: I was hoping for a pool

A good hotel to stay...

Liked: The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The arranged the shuttle to take me to the Stanford hospital for my surgery.
Disliked: Stairs at the entrance difficult for knee surgery patient.

Exceptional

nice but not worth what...

Liked: The hotel was In a great location, and although one of our requests wasn't able to be met (check out a 12 noon) the staff was super friendly, and accommodating. the hotel had a nice aesthetic and was close to may restaurants and bars.
Disliked: The room 401. everything was great except: Our booking said it was a city view ad we got a view of a window Into a window well. The bathroom has a shower head that leaked all night and the droplet sounds were suprisingly really loud ad I wasn't able to sleep well with my partner, waking up to try ad tighten or figure out a way to get rid of the drops.

We enjoyed our stay but...

Liked: The room was clean and not overly scented (with things like Febreeze). The body products were good quality, and the lobby was modern and cozy. Very comfy bed.
Disliked: The blinds were broken, so we couldn't open them. The bathroom door was a barn door style that didn't close all the way, so there was no privacy when going to the bathroom. Even though we had a king bed, there was only one bathrobe, which seemed odd.

Poor

Disliked: We were put in room 303, paid a higher price for the room and the noise level from the Zumba class at the adjacent Y was disturbingly loud. The room vibrated with the base sounds. After some discussion we were moved to another quiet room. The staff should not have not assigned that room when my wife arrived at4 pm if this noise was expected. I will be staying in Stamford monthly for the next six months, and your hotel lost our business.
