Disliked: There was only 1 toilet roll in the bathroom, The room was very small for a family of 4 and a dog. Wasn't very clean either. All mud and dirt on carpet. The bunk bed wasn't very safe by the window. It's ok for one night stay though, definitely not longer. Good location by the way.Staff are lovely but the hotel needs improving.

Great position with friendly staff.

Liked: The location of the hotel is brilliant so close to everything. The lady on reception was so friendly and couldn't have been more helpful to us and our 4 legged companions.
Disliked: The hotel is undergoing a lot of exterior improvements and the restaurant is being refurbished so wasn't open. This didn't affect our stay as you can see they are committed to investing in the hotel.
