Hidden Gem! Great Location!
Liked: An absolute hidden gem! The rooms were well-rennovated and clean. I forgot the gentleman who owns the location's name, but he was incredibly knowledgeable about the area, provided a metro card, and helped me with my bag. The location is ideal for a ferry ride -- I was going to Belfast -- and easy walking access to where I needed to get. Next time back in Liverpool I'll be looking to stay here.
Disliked: Maybe the entrance wasn't immediately obvious? I'm really struggling to find something to complain about (and I'm an American).

A Great Hotel
Liked: From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcome. Both Dave and his mom were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.Our room was clean, cosy, and offered a lovely view of the iconic Liver Building. The location was perfect – just a short five-minute walk to the Mersey and the Ferry. Plenty of seating was available in the lounge area and there is also a pool table.Breakfast each morning was freshly cooked and absolutely delicious. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and thoughtful touches throughout our stay.We would be delighted to return later this year and will definitely be booking again. Great value, warm welcome
Liked: The view of the Mersey from my second floor room was exceptional. It is right next to Seacombe Ferry terminal and on a bus route. Just a stones throw away from the Wirral Circular TrailI. I had a double bed, unusual for a solo traveller, and breakfast was perfect. The owners were very friendly and made me feel at home.
Disliked: The bath towels could have been bigger. No lounge facilities. The bar seemed out of use. No local information.
