Liked: The room is fairly clean
Disliked: There are hidden fees once you arrive which is illegal in California. It's in a terrible spot homeless all around. When you go down for breakfast you have a staff member staring making it uncomfortable. They have recently changed their name I see why

Liked: Staff was friendly and quick when we needed something. Rooms were clean.
Disliked: Rooms are smaller than normal. Walls are thin. Furniture was sparse. Hotel is in a blighted part of town, not walkable to anything and homeless are living on the sidewalk.
