Liked: Pretty old home on the outside. Tastefully and freshly updated throughout the inside. Plenty of common space for relaxing. Our dog was more than welcome everywhere except the dining area. We were easily able to bring our breakfast and dog to another gorgeous room so it worked beautifully.
Disliked: Loved everything.

Liked: Excellent breakfast with great quality products. Bed were extremely comfortable. The hotel is well curated and situated in a beautiful location. Everything you need for a great Connecticut stay.

Liked: From the picture looks nice. But overall outdated.
Disliked: No isolation between walls and floors. Hotel puts me on the ground floor and puts a family of 3 kids above me stopping around all night and starting to watch tv at 5am which I could hear in every detail. When I raised the issue at reception I was told they didn't know there were kids sarong in that room. How could you not?
