I think this Inn is...

Liked: It’s a gorgeous venue with cozy sitting rooms and my room this time (third stay) was very pretty, with a beautiful bathroom, electric fireplace and very comfortable bed. The fresh welcome cookies are such a nice touch!
Disliked: The only improvement would be with details of housekeeping. The blow dryer wasn’t in my room - but the staff is SO friendly and immediately sent me one.

Very good

Liked: The Inn is quite luxurious. We had a very cosy and spacious, sunny room. Very comfy beds. Service at breakfast friendly and helpful. Beautiful surroundings.
Disliked: In the morning you can hear the road nearby

The perfect Connecticut stay!

Liked: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️We stayed at The Litchfield Inn as a couple for one night on June 2nd – and instantly wished we had booked a longer stay. We fell in love the moment we arrived!Our room was spacious, spotless, and full of charm. The whole property is absolutely beautiful – peaceful, elegant, and filled with that authentic Connecticut character.The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the terrace, followed by a delicious breakfast – it was the perfect start to the day.This place has a special kind of magic. We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommended!
Disliked: There's nothing to complain about.

I’d return because the staff...

Liked: Beautiful common areas, friendly staff
Disliked: Room was hot and stationary left out was used.

Staff was super friendly and...

Liked: Pretty old home on the outside. Tastefully and freshly updated throughout the inside. Plenty of common space for relaxing. Our dog was more than welcome everywhere except the dining area. We were easily able to bring our breakfast and dog to another gorgeous room so it worked beautifully.
Disliked: Loved everything.
