Liked: The staff were very friendly & the location was excellent.
Disliked: The price of the drinks at the bar were very expensive.Food in the restaurant was over priced for what you got.The hotel took 10% service charge without notifying the customer before hand.

Disliked: We understood that no dogs allowed in the restaurant so would be dining in the bar area but disappointed to find there was no table service in there.. we paid the same as other guests for the room plus extra for the dog and received less service unlike your sister hotel The Red Lion Burnsall, which we had stayed at recently were there was none of this nonsense….
