A lovely find- will definitely...

Liked: Friendly chatty staff. Very clean and comfortable. Our first impressions were that it was going to be small but, it’s like a rabbit warren, with little nooks and crannies and a wonderful wood staircase. Our room was warm and bright

Disliked: Pub very quiet on weekdays so you will have to walk around town for some atmosphere and food.

Perfect

Liked: I was a lone traveler meeting family & Barry who welcomed me at The Lion for my 1 night stay couldnt of done enough to make my stay comfortable and would 100% recommend this for a nights stay
Disliked: The bed, pillows & quilt was all very comfy allowing me to have a good nights sleep
