Liked: It looks exactly like the photos, served its purpose well, had what we needed for our stay, Chinese takeaway directly outside
Disliked: An email I received prior to arriving said the bar downstairs was 24/7, i went to buy some juice or water at 1am and the bar was closed

Liked: Lovely staff who were so friendly and, very clean and great breakfast
Disliked: Bed too small, ensuite cramped and tiny, basin tiny, shower c7bicle way too small and only overhead no hand held shower very disappointing. No hand towels only bath towel which were small. Formula room adequate but basic, fridge light on and shining all night ! Room facing the road very noisy No double glazing. Could not plug my hair straighteners in as wooden panel right under socket so could not push in. No USB sockets.

Convenient, friendly, exceptional staff

Liked: Location was brilliant, service was great. Staff were exceptional- we needed to stay another two nights due to a medical emergency and they accommodated us without any problems.
