Convenient and friendly

Liked: Convenient location, good food and beer, friendly and helpful staff. Spacious and easy to see bathroom. Reasonable sized room and comfortable bed
Disliked: Unfortunately noise from other guests (nothing you can do about that)

Liked: Good location, on site parking, good breakfast included, helpful staff, good value.
Disliked: Room was a bit scruffy

Excellent hotel. Will definitely stay...

Liked: The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. The hotel was very accessible from the parking area. From the outside the hotel looks a bit dated but is surprisingly modern and clean inside.
Disliked: The bathroom door was very heavy and the automatic light was a good idea but disturbing in the night to the person sleeping facing the bathroom door.

Lovely pub in a world...

Liked: We liked the friendly staff and the great food. It is obviously a locals pub and had a great atmosphere. The route over the steep hill to Blaenavon was stunning!
Disliked: Everything was fine. It ticked all our boxes for our trip.

Liked: The staff were exceptional without exception We had a medical emergency at the end of our stay Lucinda was so helpful and I can’t thank her enough for her kindness and assistance
