A lovely find I'm happy...

Liked: I loved that we could park our car safely right outside the apartment. I loved that everything appeared new and very clean. We didn't get around to trying the newly opened Lion Gate Cafe opposite but they will give 10% off. We will try next time!
Disliked: I only have one suggestion and that is that some frosting on the lower glass of the sash windows would be great as then you could raise the blinds halfway and still have privacy and some natural light. The stick on cut to size stuff os very effective and aesthetically pleasing. Other than this everything was great!

Liked: Lovely spot, right round the corner from hampton court, bushy Park, train station and small m and s food.

Brilliant location for visiting London...

Liked: Brilliant location right next to Hampton Court Palace and Bushy Park. Very convenient for travelling into London, which was why we chose it. Lovely and clean and car parked safely. Great place, would stay again.
Disliked: Could do with a coat hook and a mirror in the main room but otherwise great!

Liked: Outstanding apartment Mark was an excellent host .everything was done to perfection. Apartment was immaculate. Everything there that we needed.We will definitely be back

Apart from the boiler incident...

Liked: Very clean and comfortable. Easy to find and parking good. Well equipped. Excellent location, Hampton Court, Bushy Park and Thames Riverside Walk in walking distance. Kew Gardens less than 30 mins by car. We had a lovely weekend.
Disliked: Hooks for coats near the door would be helpful. Also hooks on back of bathroom door for hanging clothes or towels. Maybe a shelf in bathroom too. We were in the studio, Anne Boleyn, one night boiler made a terrible noise, like a kettle over boiling but much louder, for 10 minutes or more, which was actually quite scary and drowned out the TV. I had to ring Mark, the manager, which I didn’t like doing at 9pm on a Sunday, but he was able to assure me that it was releasing pressure, not building it as I feared and it did stop. Perhaps it was because we had both showered, one after the other, but was not a nice experience. Mark however was very pleasant and helpful throughout our stay. I would happily stay again if visiting the area in future.
