Great apartment, fantastic location would...

Liked: Everything was straight forward and well communicated from start to finish, nicely furnished and spotlessly clean provided everything you needed for a comfortable hassle free stay.
Disliked: Kitchen area lighting could have been slightly brighter, kitchen cupboard doors need adjusting to fit / close better whilst definitely not a problem adjusting now could save time replacing damaged doors at a later date

Great. Lots to do in...

Liked: Everything looked new and modern and tatestfully furnished. Attractive,Comfortable lounge and dining area.Kitchen had modern equipment.It is a lovely apartment in a great setting. Next to Hampton Court Palace and opposite Bushy Park Although near busy road we didn't hear the traffic at all.Having parking was essential for us.
Disliked: Sadly we couldn't get the induction cooker to work and we bought food to cook for a dinner in.The on call manager didn't respond to our call. We found another resident who has an induction cooker but they could not get it to work.The fridge cool box had a lid that had come off its' hinge and was a nuisance..The shower leaked from the drainage tray which we showed the manager.Many places have a folder with instruction booklets for various gadgets - this would have been useful.We could get the microwave to work but not programme it.

Liked: Location for Hampton court palace perfect. Parked no car included. Studio was beyond our expectations . Everything you need. Spotless. A little piece of heaven. Hampton to Waterloo station fab so going into London so easy. Great for the shows! En suite small and perfectly formed, lovely hot shower. Mark welcomed us, he was wonderful! Cafe across the road great, delicious food. Basically thankyou for a wonderful 3 night stay we will defo be back!

Excellent location & fabulous studio...

Liked: Lovely studio room, free parking & really quiet. Great location around the corner from Hampton Court Palace and about 10 minute walk from the station.
Disliked: No mirror in the room, only in the bathroom so hard to dry you hair.

Exceptional

Liked: The apartment was like home from home. It was very close to the venue we attended in Hampton Court Palace, which was a bonus for me as I have mobility issues . I would definitely book again.
Disliked: There were no issues with the apartment at all, but the issue we did have was that one off the other apartments burnt some toast and set the fire alarm off not only in their apartment but in ours too which was a bit of a shock when you're fast asleep at 8.30 in the morning.

Liked: The bed was very comfortable. We needed a location close to Hampton Court that was reasonably priced and convenient. The Lion's Gate Mews was ideal. The owners were incredibly nice and helped us out, over and beyond our wildest dreams. Their cafe across the street had great food and offered a discount for guests of the Mews.
Disliked: I really appreciate large, soft, fluffy towels. The towels were absorbent and large, but not super soft and fluffy. A very minor point in the overall scheme of the property.
