Liked: Everything good except ant infestation in the bathroom. Other than this all good.

Liked: Wonderful stay over. Minutes away from Hampton Court Palace. Studio was cleaned to a pristine standard.I'm a very light sleeper but happily didn't have an issue with road or air traffic.

Liked: Great venue, lovely spacious room in a lovely complex. Everything you would need in a self contained unit Check in simple, self serve key to pick up from reception
Disliked: Didn’t see anyone on reception at any point, which was absolutely fine until we needed a couple of questions answering and some fresh linen. I left a note on reception with my mobile number, but didn’t receive any correspondence at all, which was slightly frustrating and disappointing.
