Bad experience

Liked: ‏Unfortunately, my experience at this property was very disappointing. The facilities were poor and lacked proper maintenance. But what made it worse was the attitude of the staff — unwelcoming, cold, and at times even rude. The parking fees were extremely high, which added to the frustration. However, the worst part came after checkout — unexpected charges were withdrawn from my account without any explanation or valid reason, even though I had already settled the bill. This experience left a very negative impression, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Avoid at all costs!

Liked: The guy at the reception was nice and patient.
Disliked: Several issues significantly impacted our stay. Most concerning was an unauthorized charge of $1,559.86 made to our card after just three nights of a nine-night stay. We only discovered this by chance while checking our bank account. Upon raising the issue with the front desk, they admitted it was a mistake and promised a refund in multiple split amounts—something that was never clearly explained. So far, only $256.84 has been refunded, leaving us short $1,303.02 eight days later, not including the security deposit that is still pending. This unexpected charge severely limited our ability to enjoy our trip financially.Additionally, on one occasion, housekeeping left our room door unlocked after servicing it. We reported this to the front desk, but aside from a verbal apology and the ongoing partial refund, no action was taken to rectify or compensate for the inconvenience.Finally, housekeeping quality was inconsistent. There were visible dirt spots on the bedsheets after they had been made, and on one occasion, only one of the two beds in our room was made at all.

Disliked: The valet parking at $55 a night was ridiculously expensive

Liked: Walking distance from many restaurants and shops. Great cafe not too far. Roof top bar with great views.
Disliked: . The light bulb at the entrance went out and despite multiple calls to get it fixed, nothing was done about it.

Liked: Architecture, style. Great bed sheets.
Disliked: Understaffed. very long check in time. AC didn’t work in the room. Terrible mattresses.
